Most people I know are unhappy

Out of all the people I know through all kinds of reasons I would say the majority of them are unhappy. I wonder if this is just an anomaly or is it the same for everyone?
As you get older you realise that life is such a fucked up thing that you either need to work quite hard at happiness, or just be really dumb to achieve it. Ignorance is bliss I suppose
The happiest people I know are the simple housewives who's job is to look after the house and kids (I don't know if their husbands feel the same) So much for feminism eh

I blame reality tv and social media. "Stars" such as GAZ or SCOTTY from geordie shore, and "youtubers" all becoming famous/rich is unreal.
Then you have footballers earning in a day what some would do well to earn in a year.
The world is so materialistic nowadays. Its unreal

Unhappy people make others unhappy, avoiding them is impossible for most if they live amongst you. Even so you are bound to come into contact with many at work or even on your daily commute.

the best trick is to think as little as possible and not give a shit about anything, unfortunately I over think and I'm very conscientious so that's why I get wound up and pisses off a lot of the time. I wouldn't call it depression, just a moody fucking cunt who lets others annoy him
